There are a surprising number of blogs that feature poetry for young people on a regular basis. Blogs offer another resource for timely, chatty, and varied information. Several are written by poets themselves. Many more participate in the regular “Poetry Friday” celebration posting a poem or poetry-related items on Fridays. Here are some of the best, most consistent blogs featuring poetry for children and young adults.
The list begins:
Poetry for Children by Sylvia Vardell
Wild Rose Reader by Elaine Magliaro
The Miss Rumphius Effect by Tricia Stohr-Hunt
The Poem Farm by Amy Ludwig VanDerwater
